Monthly RV Sites, Any Time of Year
Winter Texans are welcome all season long, and monthly RV sites are available year-round, so you can settle in whenever your travels bring you to Fredericksburg.
Monthly rates: $650–$750 per month, plus electric.

Full hookups at every one of our RV sites, plus a fire ring and picnic table. Relax in our hot tub, kept at 100°F year-round with jets you can turn on yourself. On-site laundromat, bathhouse and Valero gas station, billiards in Bluebonnet Hall (see all our facilities), and a dog park for your four-legged travel partner. Signor Vineyards is close enough to walk to, and more than 20 wineries are minutes away on the US-290 Wine Trail. Snowbirds, Hill Country winters are mild, so you’ll spend more days outside than in.
Explore the Hill Country
Climb Enchanted Rock, play a round at the golf course in Fredericksburg, and try the area’s award-winning restaurants. From May through October, watch millions of bats fly out at sunset at Old Tunnel State Park.

Fuel up at our on-site Valero. Grocery stores, pharmacies and Hill Country Memorial Hospital are a short drive away in Fredericksburg, so errands are easy and you’re never far from what you need.
