Mockingbird Hall

Available for private event rentals. This is a popular choice for family reunions, corporate events, and special occasions such as baby showers and anniversary parties.

Includes:

Use of a catering kitchen with basic appliances

The hall can be rented at a rate of $350 per day, plus $14.95 per person for resort access for anyone not staying in the park.

Water Zone Cabana Party Package

(Package price based on up to 10 guests. Additional wristbands may be purchased at a rate of $19.95 per person. Must have at least 1 adult for every 4 children. All guests over age 2 must wear a wristband while in the park.)

Club Wet Private Party Package

(Package price based on up to 20 guests. Additional wristbands may be purchased at a rate of $29.95 per person plus $75 high-capacity fee added at 21st, 31st, and 41st wristbands. Maximum capacity: 50 guests. Must have at least 1 adult for every 4 children. All guests over age 2 must wear a wristband while in the park. Price does not include gratuity for party staff.)
